Who uses Edunile
Edunile is used by the people who run a school day to day. School owners and proprietors use it to see, at a glance, how much money has come in and how many pupils are enrolled. Bursars and finance staff send invoices, record payments, and follow up on unpaid fees. Teachers mark attendance, enter scores, and produce term result sheets. Parents get their own view of their child's invoices, payments, and records, so the office answers fewer of the same questions. Because everyone works from the same records, a payment the bursar enters is the very figure the proprietor sees on the dashboard that same evening.

Pricing
Edunile is priced by student count, billed monthly or per term, in Nigerian Naira. Plans run from Starter for small schools up to Professional for large ones, with a custom Enterprise tier above 2,000 students. Every tier includes fee collection, student and staff management, and WhatsApp parent communication; higher tiers add attendance, report cards, multi-campus support, and AI features.

There's no software to download and no server for your school to look after. Edunile lives on the internet, so you open it in any web browser — on a laptop or a phone — and sign in. We handle the updates, the backups, and the security in the background, and your information travels over an encrypted connection every time. New features simply appear; you never have to upgrade anything yourself.
